How Often Do You Dump Your Garbage?

What would happen if the garbage man forgot to pick up your trash for a few weeks?

Eventually your garbage would pile up and your house would get pretty stinky! The same can be said for Life’s daily stress. If daily stress isn’t “dumped” out of your body regularly, it piles up like garbage in your Nerves and makes your health stinky!

Physical, chemical and emotional stress builds up in your nerves like cholesterol builds up in your arteries. If not routinely cleared, nerve stress “coverts” to worse things like Heart Disease or Cancer. Activities like exercise, meditation and Chiropractic care clears stress from your Nerves so you can experience better physical, mental and spiritual health.

Patients who get adjusted weekly are more relaxed and capable of dealing with life’s daily stress so much easier. The more stress you get “adjusted” out of your body, the healthier and happier you’ll be too.
